Description: The Jedi Manifest A Jedi is first and foremost a guardian. A Jedi does not own any power, but is granted it. A Jedi puts others before their self. A Jedi Should not deal in absolutes. A Jedi has no need for material possessions. A Jedi must be open to what he does not know and accept truths he previously thought false. A Jedi is always aware of things around him. A Jedi is bonded to the Force as a tree is to the soil. A Jedi calms all their mind’s inner strife. A Jedi mind is quiet, filled only with the voice of the force. A Jedi does not surrender to temptation. A Jedi does not know hate, anger, greed, jealousy, vanity, cruelty, resentment, fury, rage, mistrust, envy, revenge , chaos or scorn within themselves. A Jedi must posses inner and outer strength, resolve, compassion, empathy, sympathy, wisdom, courage, intelligence, focus, patience, honor, respect, generosity, kindness, gratitude and resilience. A Jedi is dedicated to helping others. A Jedi cannot die, only fade into the force. I, as a Jedi. My first mission as a Jedi is to protect, At whatever risk to myself, I am bond to do this. I grow stronger, not to be greater than my piers, but to face greater threats. I serve my Order, but be long to the force. When my thoughts are with others, others thoughts are with me. I do not need to compete with others, I am aware of what I can and cannot do, and I’m the only one who needs know. I am the light to guide others, even when the others around me are shadows. I realize all life’s right to work for itself alone, but as a Jedi I realize more is expected of me. Others future is more important than my present. The greatest powers I will ever possess (wisdom, courage, charity, compassion, insight, patience and focus) I will grow myself, and cannot be given by the force. When my thoughts begin to wander, I can always sit, and let them rest. My mercy is to be granted to all, even those who would not grant it to me. Whether I stand with my brothers, or by myself I am never alone. My choices are my own, and it’s not for me to make others make the same choice. I know others needs supercede my own desires. I can only show others wisdom, they must see it for themselves. My immunities to death last only as long as I can earn them. I accept imperfections in others, Though I strive for it in myself.
